T-BOX Products
From the first "Internet of Vehicles" proposed in China in 2010, to the present "Internet+" background of smart cars, online vehicles, Internet automobiles, auto-driving, and so on, various concepts emerged as the times require. From small technology companies to major host factories and Internet giants, there are many layouts. With years of research and development and production experience in automotive electronics industry, Sirun keeps up with the frontier technology and development trend, and puts forward solutions for vehicle networking in the whole car factory to help the development of China's automotive industry. Currently, the development of vehicle networking system and services in the whole car factory mainly focuses on the following core functions:
-
Remote diagnostic services for vehicle monitoring, preventive maintenance, and scheduling
-
Car safety services, such as call centers
-
Infotainment services such as navigation, news, weather, etc.
-
Intelligent electric vehicles to increase battery real-time management, monitoring and maintenance
-
Use GPS data to optimize driving routes, parking, etc.
The T-Box product, which is the solution of Sirun Vehicle Networking, can realize mobile communication, vehicle information collection and control. It provides basic functions including real-time monitoring (maps, charts), location information collection, voice input and output, locomotive connection, WIFI/Bluetooth, power management, remote diagnosis, etc. It is suitable for application scenarios such as pre-loading networking, fleet management of commercial vehicles, remote management of road tests, remote management of new energy vehicles, etc.
From underlying hardware to cloud service development, to resource allocation, to meet the needs of many parties in the car, the standard terminal T-Box for vehicle networking plays three main roles:
1. Remote control functions: remote window lifting and unlocking through mobile APP, remote control of skylight rearview mirror folding, remote control of air conditioning, etc. For example, car owners can use the remote start function for hot cars in winter, and remote shut-off engine function for stolen vehicles. For example, when a car owner has forgotten his key in the car or is not sure if he has locked the door but has gone far away, the lock and unlock can be controlled remotely through the mobile APP.
2. Remote inquiry function: remote self-service diagnosis of vehicle failure and remote self-service inquiry of mobile phone condition can be carried out by mobile phone. Car owners can diagnose the health status of the vehicle by themselves. When the vehicle is at rest, they can launch the vehicle condition diagnosis instruction through mobile APP, read DTC and DID, and then view the diagnosis results on mobile APP, which is easy to understand.
Security Service Functions: This item is mainly set up for traffic safety and theft prevention. It includes services such as roadside rescue assistance, emergency rescue assistance, auto-alarm of vehicle abnormality, remote auto-upload of vehicle abnormality information, etc. These functions are so meaningful that they can even save lives at critical moments. For example, the collision auto-rescue function, after the vehicle collision triggers the airbag, EST627 vehicle networking standard terminal T-Box will automatically trigger the passenger rescue hotline number, automatically upload the vehicle location information to the background, at the same time, the background will send information to all emergency contacts, including the accident location address information, as well as the incident information, so that the accident vehicles and personnel can be rescued in time.
T-Box, as a wireless gateway, provides remote communication interface for the whole vehicle. It can provide services such as data collection, trajectory recording, vehicle failure monitoring, vehicle remote control (open and close, air conditioning control, window control, transmitter torque limit, engine start and stop), driving behavior analysis, 4G wireless hot spot sharing, and so on.
